1. Delivery via the Baltics. Rate trends. Vessel departure status. Transit times. Rail evacuation from Klaipeda. Truck evacuation from Klaipeda - news, nuances, border crossing situation.

Rates are decreasing: for 20-foot containers by approximately 250 USD, for 40-foot containers – by about 600 USD. Transit times remain at 50–55 days, vessel departures are shifting by 3–4 days. Lines are limiting the acceptance of heavy 20'GP, leading to bookings being moved to subsequent vessels due to increased demand for shipments via the Baltics.

Rail evacuation from Klaipeda to Shabany is operating stably: delivery and empty return take up to 20 days in total.

Truck evacuation: customs clearance takes 2 days, empty return – about 10 days. Queues persist at the border with Lithuania: Kamenny Log – about 410 trucks, Benyakoni – 440, with a daily throughput capacity of around 50 trucks.

Rates are decreasing: for 20-foot containers by approximately 200–250 USD, for 40-foot containers – by about 350 USD.

Train departure timelines: Vostochny Port (VSTP) – from two weeks (depending on accumulation), VSC – about 8–10 days.

Commercial document requirements have been tightened since September 1st: cargo data must be provided before the container is dispatched from the port of loading (the absolute deadline for data submission is 3 days before the vessel with the container arrives at the port of discharge); otherwise, the container may be returned to the port of origin or face delays during coordination. Russian Railways (RZD) has also enhanced control over the transportation of dangerous goods, including the status of empty containers.

Rates have decreased: via Kazakhstan by approximately 150 USD, via Zabaikalsk – by about 200 USD.

Transshipment times remain within: Kazakhstan – 6–14 days, Zabaikalsk – 5–15 days.

With Chinese holidays approaching (October 1–8), rate increases are expected along with a shortage of space due to restrictions on auto carriers, as well as potential delays and cargo accumulation. Delivery to Kolyadichi station is possible on the same day. No issues with truck availability have been reported.

4. Delivery via Novorossiysk. Rate trends. Departure status. Transit times. Nuances.

Ocean freight rates have decreased: for 20' containers – by about 300 USD and for 40' containers – by approximately 600 USD. Delivery times including transshipment remain around 45–50 days.

Container truck evacuation to Minsk remains unchanged. The price difference for transloading via a warehouse versus the port should be considered. Transloading via a warehouse will be more expensive by roughly 35-60 thousand RUB.

5. Delivery via St. Petersburg. Rate trends. Departure status. Transit times. Nuances.

Ocean freight rates have decreased: 20' containers – by approximately 440 USD, 40' – by about 890 USD. Delivery times remain around 30–35 days via the northern route and 45–50 days via the southern route. The last vessels via the northern route are departing in late September.

Container truck evacuation to Minsk follows standard timelines: finding a truck takes 1–2 days, transit clearance – 1–3 days, transit time – 1–2 days. Due to workload at the KTSP terminal, clearance can take up to 2 days, at PKT/PLP – about 1 day.

Tent truck (FTL) shipments require 3–5 days for transloading and clearance; cargo preparation requires a minimum of 3 days' notice.

6. Truck delivery of cargo from China. News. Nuances. Status of LTL consolidation collection at temporary storage warehouses.

For FTL routes, rates are decreasing by approximately 1000 USD for evacuation before the Chinese holidays (October 1–10), as carriers aim to return home before the break.

For LTL consolidations, delivery times can be up to 30 days from the moment of pickup from the shipper.
