Information on the situation in the Black Sea and alternative solutions

Due to the current geopolitical situation and ongoing tensions in the Black Sea region, we are forced to inform you that our Company is temporarily suspending services related to cargo transit in the Black Sea and in regions adjacent to ports and transport corridors.

We are continuously working to organize alternative solutions, taking into account risk factors. We will communicate our decisions further.

All new orders for these services may be considered on an individual basis, subject to the following conditions:
- The Company does not guarantee delivery times;

- The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change the route or port without the Client's consent;

- Rates are considered on an individual basis and may be unilaterally increased by the Company should circumstances arise that impact the transportation process and create risks during transportation (for more details, please refer to the letter).

We also inform you that, as of August 5, 2026, according to information from open sources, the following shipping lines have suspended services related to the Black Sea:

Other shipping lines have not yet commented.

Please also note that many insurance companies have also suspended cargo insurance with war risk coverage.

For current and potential future orders, we consider it necessary to inform you of factors that may impact the transportation process and create risks that could lead to delays, route changes, operational disruptions, additional costs, and damage or loss of cargo.

1. Risks and their impact on transportation
When shipping in the Black Sea region, transportation operations may be impacted by (including, but not limited to) security measures, military activity, restrictions imposed by ports and government agencies, route changes, sanctions, and other extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances.

We are recording an increasing number of incidents in the Black Sea waters involving civilian vessels, as well as in regions adjacent to ports and transport corridors, damage to port infrastructure and storage facilities, and the imposition of temporary bans and restrictions. Therefore, we kindly ask you to consider possible increases in transit times and unexpected expenses when planning your shipments.

2. Additional Costs
Our commercial offers are based on the rates in effect on the date they are submitted. However, carriers, ports, terminals, agents, or official bodies may subsequently impose additional charges related to war risks, emergencies, or changes in operating conditions (e.g., WRS, PSS, EMS, GRI, BAF, SSC, and others). Such costs, even if announced after the rate confirmation date or during transportation, will be billed to us by the counterparties and, accordingly, will be additionally billed to the Client and are subject to unconditional reimbursement by the Client.

3. Liability of the Parties
Our company organizes and coordinates the transportation process,

while the actual transportation activities are carried out by the relevant carriers and service providers. Therefore, in the event of an emergency during transportation, the provisions of the relevant legislation, the transportation contract, and the terms of the shipping documents for sea, air, and road transport will apply. Limitations of liability, exemption from liability provisions, and conditions regarding war risks and force majeure contained in shipping documents, contracts, and regulatory legal acts will be considered valid to the extent applicable.

4. Cargo Insurance
Under the current circumstances, we strongly recommend that you obtain cargo insurance appropriate to the nature of the cargo and the conditions of transportation (including war risk coverage, if available).

5. Cargo Delivery Delays and Timeframes
Due to additional security checks, possible route changes, rerouting of vessels to ports of refuge, and temporary restrictions imposed by official authorities, delivery times may be extended. The forwarder and carriers are not liable for losses or expenses caused by cargo delays under the circumstances specified in this letter and will not reimburse any penalties associated with delays in cargo delivery. Please take this into account when planning delivery schedules and inform your counterparties in advance of any potential delays.
