Organize the delivery of 11 tons of textile products from India to Minsk and restore the logistics chain after problems with the previous forwarder.
At the time Inter-freight specialists were called in, the cargo had been sitting in the warehouse for several weeks. The following difficulties arose:
- missed vessel departures;
- export documentation was issued for a different route;
- the logistics chain was effectively stopped;
- it was necessary to urgently restore transportation without cargo loss and additional risks.
Solution for the delivery of textiles from India to Minsk
The Inter-freight Team Conducted a complete reorganization of the shipping process and assumed control of all stages of delivery.
A change in the departure and arrival ports was coordinated, the international shipping route was redesigned, and the correct processing of export documents and cargo insurance was organized.
