Inter-freight is a participant in the Belarusian Railways Round Table on the Development of Transportation through Kazakhstan
On June 3, 2026, Inter-Freight participated in a strategic roundtable discussion organized by Belarusian Railways (BZD). The main topic was the development of export-import rail transportation to Kazakhstan, as well as transit routes through its territory to third countries.
The meeting was moderated by top officials from the two countries' railways:
Valery Yemelyanovich Verenits, Head of BZD;
Talgat Sagievich Aldybergenov, Chairman of the Board of JSC NC Kazakhstan Railways.
The discussion also included major shippers and logistics operators:
JSC Belarusian Potash Company, UP N-TV, LLC TD KOMPLEKT, LLC STA LOGISTIK, SE BELINTERTRANS, and JSC UTLC ERA.
The focus is on practical issues that directly impact the timing and cost of container and rail transportation for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs:
Inspections at the Kazakhstan-China border and their impact on train traffic.
Rolling stock downtime – finding solutions to reduce waiting times.
Abandoned trains – causes and prevention.
Road construction and modernization – which infrastructure projects are aimed at increasing throughput.
For Inter-freight, participation in this roundtable is an opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with key market participants, enabling us to obtain up-to-date information firsthand and find more effective solutions for delivering our clients.
